Which device are you using? Did you try turning off the Wi-Fi of your device and playing through Mobile Data? If not, please try to do that!
Also, check if there are any updates available in your App Store/Google Play Store and install them if there are any!
If nothing works, contact King Player Support team with below steps⬇️
1) If you are playing on a computer on Facebook - Browser version, send your complaint through this link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact
2) If you are playing on a mobile device or the App version on Windows10/11, you can send your complaint directly from your game --> Click on the Pink Cogwheel --> ? icon --> Scroll down to "Purchases" --> select any suitable option --> scroll down all the way till you see "Contact Us" --> Fill up the form and send your complaint.
