I cant contact app store. This ha happened before and I have done all the usual things but nothing worked. Eventually either support reset it and it started working or somehow it just decided to connect. I have in the past uninstalled and reinstalled but I lose everything and dont want to do that again. Can you please do something on your side. Yes I ave logged into Microsoft and gone to settings to let the game connect automatically but didnt work.

If it does then unfortunately this means you are suffering from a Candy Crush issue that has been occurring for years.
At the moment there is no known fix for this issue and all you can do is contact Player Support, or delete and reinstall the app as you have before.
As I am sure you are aware reinstalling your app will result in the loss of any unused boosters and saved lives.
