The game ID for my Robert account is 927-795-2464 and I’m on level 571
I got locked out of my “Bob”account, but I’m back in now.

You will have to contact King Player Support team and seek their assistance with this. As, they can access your account from their end and do their magic✨
1) If you are playing on a computer - Facebook Browser version, click on this link and send your complaint --> https://soporto.king.com/contact
2) If you are on a mobile device --> Click on the Pink Cogwheel -- Click on ? icon -- Scroll down and click on "My Game Progress" -- Select an appropriate option that fits with the issue -- scroll down all the way & click on "Contact Us" -- Fill out the form and send your complaint.

What you can do is to open the games account you want and then contact Player Support and ask them to put you on the same level in the games you play. Please note that no Gold Bars, Boosters or level scores will be transferred. You will only be on the same level.
