I am not sure what you meant by "frozen lives"!! Can you please explain a bit more to provide further details?

Possibly your lives are frozen because you have already used the 20 lives that you are allowed to use. If you can see a timer where it normally says 20/20 then you will have to wait until the timer runs out before you can use more of your saved lives.
