As we all know, Xbox has purchased Activision, Blizzard and King this year, entailing that Candy Crush games are now under Xbox's control. Earlier, we also heard rumors of an actual Xbox One/Series port of Candy Crush that ultimately were not meant to be. With a possible Xbox version coming in the future, I'd like to ask any of you if a game like this deserves to have controller support.
Someone showed me how Candy Crush would control with an Xbox controller, and it would work like this: you use the left stick to choose a candy and flick the right stick to swap with any of its adjacent neighbors. I would then add that you use the D-pad to cycle between boosters, then press both bumpers simultaneously to activate your selected booster (so that you don't use any by accident).
Think this is a good control scheme?
