I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game!
Which device are you using? If using a mobile device, do you have the latest updated version of the App?
I would like you to try this (usual trouble shooting steps) --> Log out of the game -- Close the App -- turn off Wi-Fi -- clear cache (not data) -- shutdown your device for few minutes and turn it back on -- turn on the WiFi -- reopen the game and log back in -- play a level -- go back to the map and see where you are at?
