Why can't I claim it? It shows that I am offline with no internet, when I am online and it will not let me claim it

Looks like there is an issue with this Super Color Bomb, as I have seen couple more complaints about it!!
Are you seeing only the pop-up that says "no internet connection" or is the game freezing on you?
Can you please try these steps --> log out of the game -- close the App -- shutdown and restart your device after 5 minutes -- reopen the App and try to collect the reward again.
