I can't SEE the event winter cup, i have been playing around and hours and still can't see it, please fix this

Please try this β> Log out of the game β close the App β Shutdown your device β restart it after few minutes β reopen the App and log back in β play/replay a level that has Blue candies in it β go back to the map and see if the event was triggered,
