I created a kingdom account via the candy crush app but when I try to log in to the website it says "oops something went wrong" I read on reddit that someone had a similar issue and it solved itself within a week? Has anyone else encountered this? I emailed support and they referred me here. I tried resetting the password and that didn't work. I am playing on mobile if that helps.
