I created a kingdom account via the candy crush app but when I try to log in to the website it saysย "oops something went wrong" I read on reddit that someone had a similar issue and it solved itself within a week? Has anyone else encountered this? I emailed support and they referred me here. I tried resetting the password and that didn't work. I am playing on mobile if that helps.

That "Oops! Something went wrong" message has been an issue from about a week or so! And, no! You are not alone! I am also experiencing this issue and it is the same on "Incognito" browser too!
I have reported about it to our Candy Community In-charge, as we had another player that needed access to King.com website! But, since most of the King team are on vacation for the Holidays, the issue was not rectified yet!
But, I am glad to say that the game on mobile devices is working fine. It is the only log-in to the King.com webpage, that is having issues! Are you trying to log-in to King.com for any particular reason?

I am trying to log in to the website to link my Facebook account to my kingdom account. It's nothing that can't wait. Maybe they will get it all sorted out when they get back? Sounds like everything is headed up the chain in the right direction. ๐

Thank you for mentioning why you were trying to access King.com webpage. And, yes please! If it is for syncing the accounts, I would definitely wait until the glitch is completely fixed๐๏ธ
And, yes of course! The Kingsters will be looking at it as soon as they come back in January๐
