Regional regulation issue

I am 32 years old i mistakenly wrote my year 2011 when it asked then from my game isnt working it says due to regional regulations . what should i do i dont want to lose my progress

Have you tried pressing the "contact us" on the screen? That seems to be a way to contact King customer services. Alteratively you could contact them through the "contact us" at the bottom of this web page, below the King icon.
