Hi was asked to save progress did so and went from 3200 back to 2200

I am sorry to hear that you have lost your level progress in your game!! Please see the tips in THIS Link and see if it helps!
Also try --> log out of the game -- close the App -- turn off your device -- restart after few minutes -- reopen the App and log back into the game -- replay an old level -- go back to the map and see where you progress is.
If it doesn't work, you will have to contact King Player Support team. Please post back and let me know and I can give you steps on how to contact them. To reply back, you can type in the blank box given below.
