I've been playing the game for a long time. While the packages sold in the shop are sold at a discounted price to some users (new users), I think more expensive packages are sold to players who play for a long time. The new year discount package was initially 219 TL, later 44 TL. Another user is given the following package for 3 TL. From where?
You see below. For different users, the same package with 30 gold less is 3 units, while the package with 30 gold more is 109 units. The package containing three units does not appear for me. The lowest package is 44 units. I don't know if this is the case with all high level players. But this approach is unfair. We all know that it is almost impossible to pass these levels without additional moves and gold. There is nothing affordable about the packages offered to us. Previously, there would be events such as Friday and Saturday discounts for the same three units, but there is no such thing. I find the candy crush purchasing policy disloyal and unfair to players who play constantly.

I am not very familiar with the prices as I do not purchase things in the game! If you think you are seeing unfair prices, please contact King Player Support team and send a complaint.
Since you are on a mobile device --> click on the Pink Cog wheel you see at the top right corner -- click on ? icon -- go down to "My purchases" -- select an option that is suitable with your complaint -- scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" -- fill up the form & Submit your complaint.

I wrote to king player support many times, but unfortunately the discount is not given. Robotic answers are given, as is done to many people. The discount has not been made yet. Minimum 44 TL package possible. There are no packages costing 3 TL. This attitude only distracts from the game. Higher packages are offered to advanced players.
How many times did I write and fill out that form? And how many hours ago? I received an e-mail saying that they would take it into consideration. but no fix. the price is still the same. I'm at level 9886 and it's a disaster I can't level up. I want to buy a package that fits my budget, but it is not possible. God knows how many times I'll play this level.

I am sorry! No matter how many times you complain here... all we can do is to send your feedback, once the Community In-charge team is back from the Holidays!
For now, the only way you can make them hear is to send your complaint through the Player Support team, which you already did! And you mentioned that they said "they will consider it"!! Other than that, there is nothing else you can do๐

When your team returns from vacation, I will have lost many things, including the victory routine. I just received an e-mail stating that they do not have a definitive solution for this problem and that they will not answer questions about this issue again. king support club is great. thanks
This has been going on for years I think. New players get better offers, it's the way King try to encourage them to start spending money on the game. It may not seem fair, but as it's King who run the game they are free to do this. Many other businesses use similar tactics.
That's right, I'll write more here then. In this way, even if new players progress, they can see that there are no pleasant things ahead. Just because similar institutions do it does not mean that the community will do it as well. but there is no support under the name of support. They say they cannot respond to e-mails, so if you complain, I get a meaningless response. like a joke
