cant purchase shop items since 2 days ago

hi there,

i got the app on my device for few months and recently it stuck when i try to purchase an item on the shop or an extra moves. also i haven't received any +5 extra moves (which usually happens when you failed a level). please see attached screenshots for more details. i have done the following since yesterday:

- log out and log in to my account

- clear cache, logout then login

- uninstall and reinstall

my game ID is 14011558928

please help as i lost my winning streak and the hungry hatchling streak

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
