Why is the game not working properly

I use my gold bars but it didn't give me my extra moves and was stuck trying to load the add gold bars link. So I had to reload the game missing 10 gold bars

    I am sorry to hear that you did not receive extra moves as your game froze!! You will have to contact King Customer Support team and request for your missing items. They will be able to access your account and help you.

    Since you are using a mobile device, please follow these steps --> Click on the the Pink Cog wheel -- click on ? icon -- go down to "My Purchases" -- select the option that fits well to your issue and click on it -- scroll down all the way till you see "Contact Us" -- fill the form and send your complaint.
