I am sorry to hear that you are not able to make purchases in your game!! Are you receiving “connection” issue or any error message? Can you show me a screenshot of that error message?
How is your internet connection? Are you experiencing this issue while trying to purchase only or with other features too, like reward from Chocolate box, watching Ad on Treasure Hunt, etc.,
