You will have to send a complaint to King Player Support team and report the issue!

It looks like you are playing the game on a mobile device!  If so, you can send your complaint directly from your mobile device, with these steps⬇️

* Click on the Pink Cog Wheel (top right corner in the map screen);
* Click on ? icon; 
* Go down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
* Select the suitable option and click on it.  See if any of the tips provided help you; 
* If not, scroll down all the way till you see "Contact Us";
* Click on it.  A from will appear.  Fill it & submit it.

You will receive an automated email as initial response, which is an acknowledgement.  Please wait for (up to) 72 hours to hear back from a real agent!  If nobody reaches out to you, you can send a reply through that automated email itself and somebody will write back to you.

I buy using real money to have gold bars it's so disappointing that it vanished suddenly from 300 something now it left 42 gold bars. I tried to log out and log in back nothing happened.
