Do you need help with the gift card you purchased online or in the store? I am giving you the steps for both ⬇️
Digital Cards
1. You’ll receive your gift card via email
2. Open the email to see your card's code and PIN
3. Go to store.king.com
4. Sign into your account or create a new account
5. Enter the code and PIN on the site
6. Choose the game you want to add the Gold Bars to
7. Head to the game and enjoy!
Physical cards:
1. Go to store.king.com
2. Sign in with your account or create a new account
3. Scratch to reveal the PIN and enter the card’s code on the site
4. Choose the game you want to add the Gold Bars to
5. Head to the game and enjoy!
You’ll find your items added to your account. It’s as easy as that!
Also, just in case...
“Where can I find my gift card number and my PIN code?”
Digital card: Once you buy your digital Candy Crush gift card from an approved retailer, check your inbox. You’ll receive an email with your card number and PIN code.
Physical card: You can find your card number and PIN code on the back of the card.

I am so very frustrated. I follow directions. I have the app downloaded. On the app I can only change log on info. At king store I registered but still do not see where to add pin?

This is really upsetting me! I created this account specifically to redeem a physical card, which now really regret buying as even after creating this account the website says email and pass don't match! Beginning to think this is really a scam and made purchase for nothing!! Naturally you can't phycically speak with anyone. I have done and tried everything asked in the easy instructions you send, but still giving me the runaround.
