I also bought a gift card for Candy Crush Saga. I followed the instructions on the back of the card which are:1
I should be able to log in with my email address and password, but that doesn't work. I can also try logging in with Facebook, but when try that I never opens a new page for me to log in.

This is really upsetting me! I created this account specifically to redeem a physical card, which now really regret buying as even after creating this account the website says email and pass don't match! Beginning to think this is really a scam and made purchase for nothing!! Naturally you can't phycically speak with anyone. I have done and tried everything asked in the easy instructions you send, but still giving me the runaround.

1. You’ll receive your gift card via email
2. Open the email to see your card's code and PIN
3. Go to store.king.com
4. Sign into your account or create a new account
5. Enter the code and PIN on the site
6. Choose the game you want to add the Gold Bars to
7. Head to the game and enjoy!

Digital card: Once you buy your digital Candy Crush gift card from an approved retailer, check your inbox. You’ll receive an email with your card number and PIN code.
