How can I get my new iPad to update to old iPad. Old iPad is now on 14719 and new one 14713

That did not work. I had thought that would have worked too.

Please see if the steps & tips in this link help you --> Moving progress to a new device.
If it didn't, try this on your new iPad --> log out of the game -- close the App -- shut down the iPad -- wait for 5 minutes and restart -- reopen the App and log back in. See if the levels are synced, and the Gold Bars are back.
