I am sorry to hear that you were overcharged for a purchase in your game!! You will have to contact the King Customer Support team. Please follow below steps⬇️

If you are on computer - Browser version, click on this link and send your complaint --> https://soporto.king.com/contact;

If you are playing on a mobile device or the App version, you can send your complaint directly from your game -->

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (at the top right corner of the game map screen);
• Click on ? icon;
• Click on "My Purchases";
• Select the option that fits properly with the issue and click on it;
• Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill the form and submit your complaint.

You will be receiving an automated email as an acknowledgement. Please wait for (up to) 72 hours to receive a reply from an actual agent.
