I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!  You will have to contact King Player Support team and send them a complaint.  Please follow below steps⬇️

* Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on the ? icon;
* In the Help Center, go down to "Privacy & Legal" and click on it;
* Select "I need to report an Ad" and click on it;
* You will see the steps and instructions on how to report an Ad.  Follow those steps and your complaint will reach the Player Support team.
