My game doesn't play correctly ---- been happening the past 3 days ---- game will freeze, then play, then freeze! All my other games play fine, but not this one. Please help!!

Some players recently had this Grey screen issue which was resolved! Looks like it is back!!

I am having the same issue on my desktop pc using Edge, my iPhone 11 v17.2.1 and my iPad air v17.2
Candy Crush opens and then freezes on all of them. It acts like it is going to display some ad or Candy Royale but it just freezes and turns gray.
Yes mine has been doing the same for the last 2 days. On my desktop pc using Edge browser and both my iPhone and iPad

When you said "computer top", are you playing the App version on Windows 10/11 or on Facebook browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.,)?
Which mobile device are you using? Can you please tell me the make and model of it?

My computer top and mobile is also freezing up in Candy Crush Saga these last several days. I have rebooted several times and still no coreection is made. I can play one game and then the next the screen is in a "shadow" freeze.

In the last two days the ads have stopped working. If you get a chance to view ads for extra moves the first ad works but when you select to watch the second ad it goes to run it but then the screen goes black and it then returns you to the game. This makes it very difficult and frustrating.
II have been playing this level since 3 days now and I have not been able to pass so I need assistance
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
