Stuck on level since before Xmas

Question

I am stuck on level6211 since before Christmas. The map says I’m on level 6203. I have won 6211 twice but it won’t let me move forward. This is a huge glitch and i would like to play on but I can’t. Can you please help. I have deleted the game both on iPad and phone and reinstalled but it won’t fix it.

Hello @deborahzasillo what you decribe could be an issue with an avatar that has become stuck. Please try replaying level 6203 again and any other level between 6203 and 6211 that doesn't display a number

I am sorry to hear that your game is experiencing "sync" issues!  The issue is not on your side, but the game itself!  The Candy game Studio is aware about this issue and are working on it.  Please do not reinstall your game, as it is not going to help you, and you will lose your saved boosters!

For now, please play the game on the device where you are at higher level!  And once the issue is resolved, you can use both devices again!
