how do i get to update the Series of Sam to reflect the amount of consecutive wins accumulated

How do i get to modify my Series of Sam score. Now have over 500 but it still holds me to 125. Thank You

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing glitches in Sam's Streak feature!! You will have to contact King Player Support team and send them a complaint about it!

If you are playing on a computer - Browser version, use this link to send your complaint --> https://soporto.king.com/contact;

If you are playing on a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, follow these steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel that is located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
• Click on ? icon;
• Go down to "Events" and select "Sam's Streak";
• Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill up the form and submit.

You will be receiving an automated email which is an acknowledgement, which is normal. See if any of the tips provided in there help you. If not, wait for an actual agent to contact you.
