• Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
• Click on ? icon;
• Go down to "My purchases" and click on it;
• Select the suitable option and click on it;
• Now, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• A form will appear. Fill it up and submit.

You will be receiving an automated email which is like an acknowledgement. You can ignore that and wait for (up to) 72 hours for an agent to contact you.
