Maple Syrup Booster

So I have a very sweet idea... maple syrup... sweet... hahahaha
The booster acts like a wrapped and covers 9 squares. The difference is that it does not dissipate until all the Marmalade/Jelly and anything on top is removed.
The exception would be stuff like chests or anything that has a special requirement to destroy. That being said it would affect vines and anything layered.
It would not flow under stuff like licorice.
It would lock any candies that fall into it in place like some blockers do.
