Are you talking with regards to the level difficulty OR the features wise OR something else?
If it is the features & events -- yes! Not all players receive the same variation! For example, Candy Royale -- at present, I am receiving 12 levels for 400 Gold Bars; whereas my friend receives 500 Gold Bars for 7 levels!!
If you are talking about levels, we have few players that have 2 accounts and they experience different version of levels in both their games!!

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
