On 1/6/24, I used points for a credit for Candy Crush Saga. It never transferred to my game. It shows up on my purchases, but I have not been able to use it. I only needed a small offer, but it was charged to my credit card, and I tried to use it again, and it charged my credit card another amount. I just want to be able to use the point credits I have been collecting. They disappeared in my credit total, but I have not used them.
