On 1/6/24, I used points for a credit for Candy Crush Saga. It never transferred to my game. It shows up on my purchases, but I have not been able to use it. I only needed a small offer, but it was charged to my credit card, and I tried to use it again, and it charged my credit card another amount. I just want to be able to use the point credits I have been collecting. They disappeared in my credit total, but I have not used them.

You will have to contact King Customer Support team and find out what's going on. Please try these steps⬇️
- Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
- Click on ? icon;
- Go down to My Purchases;
- Select the option that fits to the issue and click on it;
- See of the provided steps & tips help with the issue;
- If not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
- Fill up the form that appears and submit.
