Why am I still experiencing problems with this issue? It’s been a known problem since early December 2023

The issue continues to exist. It has now been 3-4 months. I have connection issue on both iPhone and iPad despite following instructions. I’ve also given up all of my saved lives and colour bombs etc by deleting and reinstalling the app. It’s becoming quite frustrating.
Having Chocolate box issues - it’s stuck and won’t allow me to continue playing. Also have issues with that spinning wheel - won’t load as well. Have restarted, updated, etc. Such a pain.

Which device are you using?
The chocolate box issue is one of the things, that is being sticky!! The Candy Studio team have cleared it in October or early November! But, it came back again like you said in December!
They are aware about the issue and are working on it again!! Hope they will be able to fix it for good this time👍️

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
