No @gmateresa and @PummyRaj level 7052 is not glitched and there is no bug.
The level is meant to be played using the frog. First you feed the frog to make it glow. Move it to get the key. This is the only key in this level. The boxes containing liquorice in the bottom right hand corner do not unlock. To get that gummi dragon, feed the frog again and place it in the empty space just above the last dragon egg. This video I found on YouTube shows the method.

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with your level! Some of the Gummy Dragon levels have this glitch! Candy Crush game team is aware about this glitch and are looking into it. Please see THIS Link for more details.
To come out of this glitch, all you can do is --> quit your level -- close the App -- restart your device and open the game and reply your level again. The glitch should not affect you anymore!!
Unfortunately, the lost "win streak" won't be replaced😕

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
