Losing a winning streak due to boosters

Hi there,

Anyone else experienced losing all progress, boosters, etc. because you have a winning streak which results in quite a few boosters, and there’s space for approximately 6 candies on the board from scratch, and all the “ candies “ on my board were boosters because of the previous games??? It then instantly said ‘No moves. you lost’ and I had been ‘dumb’ and purchased 103x2 gold to be able to complete a “win 14 matches in a row to share 1000 gold” challenge? I needed 2 more maps to get about 100 gold. But because of the boosters, which is supposed to help you win, made you lose - and you lose ALL progress and all the boosters and gold you previously spent to win…..

Hope to get some assistance or refunds since it sucks to lose progress because of the game? I could obviously not choose to not have the automatic boosters there’s added once you win multiple games in a row….. And no chance of even paying to continue the round..

Quite a few people have experienced what you describe @Filippaliv and what you describe is commonly called an Oops Level

As for a refund then Christine is right. This forum is made up of players just like you do we can't help with refunds. The only way you can receive a refund is if you contact Player Support.

Yes, definitely this has been reported by several players. I have made a note of some of the levels this can occur on. Level 3002 is one example. Please do file a complaint with customer support if you spent real money on the Candy Royale challenge and failed because of this glitch. Contact them via the app by going into settings (the cog wheel) then the ? icon , choose the appropriate question and scroll down until you see "contact us" at the bottom. They will send you an automated email, reply to this with your complaint. Reply again if the answer you get is not satisfactory.

I cannot speak to a refund but I have had a first move loss due to booster.

That being said in my current game I also had a first move "no moves" but it actually re-rolled the board. Maybe they are testing a fix for that exact issue.
