Please follow below steps to send your complaint⬇️

Click on the Pink Cogwheel either from game map screen or game Home screen;
Click on ? icon;
Go down to "My Purchases" (under Popular Topics);
Go down to 7th option -- "I think I have been charged twice...." and follow the steps and tips provided there;
If nothing helps, click on "How to report a purchase problem";
You will be taken to "Apple Support" page. Please follow the steps.

If you need further assistance, please let me know.

I am sorry to hear that you were overcharged for the purchases you made!! You should never keep quiet, but send a complaint either to the King Player Support team OR to the Google Play Store / Apple Store (depending on the device you are using to play the game).

Which device are you using? Would you need help with sending complaint?
