Please help!

Hi candy crush. I’ve been playing cc for years. At one point I had 20000 points. Then I somehow lost them. I started over several times. Last time I had close to 800 points this time. Then cc started me over again and even though I beat levels it seems to be stuck on 5 levels and not advancing me Is there anyway I could get my 20000 points back or even allowing me to advance past 5 levels. Thank you

When you said "started over' -- did you mean you started playing the game from level 1?

Gift card rewards
When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
Why is it like this
I played more than 50 moves and the gane remained like this without dropping the last number till it ended
Connecting to services
The game frequently disconnects from the internet even though there's no problem and the speed is over 8 Mbps. The game disconnects to prevent me from spending gems or paying for ads. Please compensate me for my losses.
