Hello @ncote2 Apple have an issue with the latest Mac update, but at the same time as they released Sonoma they also made changes to iOS 17 and iPadOS 17.
Due to the known issues caused by Sonoma the same issue more than likely applies to iOS 17.

First of all, Thank you for mentioning the device and OS of your device along with the screenshots.
Can you clarify few questions please...
1) Can you check for the game version too, please?
2) Game is freezing after a few life
You have 13 Lives available right now in your Envelope. So, say after you collect 3 Lives, your game freezes?
If so, is it while you are collecting the lives OR while playing the game OR just on the map screen?
3) About your screenshot with boosters
Did you reinstall the game? If so, that was the reason you have lost all your saved boosters and lives received from your friends. Because, boosters & lives are stored onto our device local memory, but not to the game servers. That is the reason, when we delete & reinstall the App, all data pertaining to the game will be deleted too.
** If you have any purchased boosters, you can contact the King Player Support team and ask for reimbursement.
** I heard that if we are playing on Apple devices, there is a facility to save the game to "iCloud"! For next time, please look into that to save your boosters.
Why 2 apps?
I always thought that the left side one is just an Ad (as it says in that Blue box). Hence, never clicked on it😄

Did not loose gold bars, only lives and booster history. Loaded one or the other and still freezing after a few lives. I have ipad and updates are up to date……i have to delete the game and reload it then it works for a bit then t freezes…….really annoying.

No option for the 6 hours for 69 gold bars was available a few days ago
So I was playing and my lives finished so I left the game... hours passed I thought they were full again so I went back only to find all those minutes pending...I don't know if it's because I was using VPN or something but I don't know what to I can't wait all those hours...is there a way you can help me ???
My blue candies are not being counted. I've been playing and beating new levels for 2 hours and I'm still only at 105 blues. I would like to see it fixed if possible, I'm now way behind because of it!
