Connection Error in Candy Crush

I have been playing for years and am on level 6911. I have recently been getting an error message saying ‘connection error’ even though I am connected. It says not to reinstall as I will lose my levels. Anyone got an idea as to how to fix this on my iPhone 14 Pro plus?

Are you still experiencing connection issue or was it resolved somehow? I am so sorry!! I did realize that my comment did not appear as it was supposed to!!

Since the regular steps we follow did not help your game to work, I would like you to contact the King Player Support team and send them a complaint.

Because there is no connection in your game, you will have to contact them through this link (which we use it for Computer - Browser version game) --> https://soporto.king.com/contact

Fill up all the needed details;
At Choose A Topic -- "Bugs or Technical Issues";
At Choose A Subtopic -- "I have connection issues";
At Tell us what you need -- "Explain the issue and also provide your ID number";
Submit your complaint.

You will be receiving an automated email. See if any of the tips provided will help you to resolve the issue. If it didn't, send a reply through that automated email itself (you will see a line specified above to the body of the email message), and inform them that the issue was not resolved and you still need help.

You should hear from an agent within 72 hours!! Even if they didn't, please don't lose hope and keep on sending them email every other day!! (Contacting the Player Support team is generally a time taking process).

** There is also another step you can take and save time.. to delete & reinstall the App. But, with this, you will lose all your saved boosters & lives received from your friends. Sometimes, it will work & sometimes, it doesn't!! If you decide to delete the game, make sure to clear the Cache & Data first, then delete the App.

I am having the same issue with no fixes working for almost a week now. I play the same account on my Android and iPhone and they both have the same issues. It all started after I unsuccessfully attempted to make a game purchase.

Something must have been updated recently and it’s got a big, but I’m now at risk of having to give up a game I’ve been playing for most of my kids life. It’s sad

Hello @dadabunky when you save your game you need to use the correct option of Log In With Email and do not use the Sign Up With Email as shown in your screenshot.

I’ve reset my password to see if that helps, but still no joy

It’s in the game itself. I no longer get any rewards or booster options, nor can I ask for life’s any more. It asks me to login to save my progress , even though I can still play from past levels, but every time it says there is a connection error. (See screenshot below)

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
