My iPhone and iPad are not syncing levels. On candy crush saga and candy crush soda. Pet rescue is synced.

Not able to sync the game on different devices is a known issue and the game Studios are working on a fix right now. It is not an issue on your side!
So, please do not reinstall your game on any of your devices. Until the issue is fixed, the game team has advised the players to continue the game on the device, where your game is at advanced level.
