Hello @nadiagibbs do you play on an Android device? If you do I can't believe you have just lost your navigation bar. In my game the forced full screen view was applied in September 2022.
If you are on Android just swipe down from the top (or up from the bottom) to make your navigation bar temporarily reappear.
