Ads NOT a working therefore no rewards at start or end. Have restarted game but problem still existing

Can you please explain the issue a bit? What is happening to the Ads? Are you getting a black screen or they are freezing or once the Ad appears, your game crashes? The more details you provide, the better I can assist you.
Also, which device are you using? And which version of the game App you have right now?

Left a query again this evening…have reloaded the game twice so the game is up to date But have lost all progress. Currently at level 800 and the ad situation is frustrating. NO the screen does not go black, am playing on a new apple iPad, ads appear.they freeze for a few seconds and then go to the final page where the circle appears in the top right and you have to click for reward bit because no ad has played have to go through the procedure for no reward.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
