I have noticed that everyone’s candy crush is different ?

After I have failed a level the option to get goodies or extra moves doesn’t come up for me but on my mums and friends games I see this.

who can help with this?

attached is the example of rewards they get after every failed level while my option is to use my gold bars for extra lives

Yes the game is rigged. Only those who have never bought anything get free stuff. The game has been changed to maximize the profit. So annoying, it used to be the best game around but has been ruined by greedy owners and buyers.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
