i just logged back into my account after reinstalling the game and alle my boosters aswell as my progress with the ongoing races are gone. Also i don’t get personalized ads to get extra life’s, etc. any help?

Losing your boosters is the result of "reinstalling" your game App!! Only level progress & Gold Bars are stored to the King servers. But, the boosters & lives received from friends are saved on your device local memory! When we delete the game, data pertaining to the game also deleted from the memory!
** If you have any purchased boosters, you can contact King Player Support team and request for reimbursement.
With regards to Ads --> Are you not receiving any Ads or your are receiving Ads but they are not personalized?
If you are not receiving any Ads, your turn must be over, as the Ads are still in testing! If you are receiving Ads that you do not prefer, please report those Ads to King Player Support team.
