The game ended before it started and I lost all my winnings. I pay a fee to stay in this ranking and protect my rights. Why am I paying for this loss even though it was not my fault? What will you do about it?
Of course I understand the reasons. So what will happen to my financial losses? How will all that I deserve come back? Am I fighting in this sink for days and nights in vain to keep these rights in my hands?
If you paid for boosters or gold with real money then contact Player Support with your player ID or via Settings in the app, and show them your screenshot of the oops level. You might get some refunded.
What will you do about it?
Unfortunately there is nothing anyone here can do for you @Misliyna as everyone here, with the exception of the CMs are just players of the game just like you are. If you want a refund you will have to contact King directly using the Help function of your game.
How will all that I deserve come back?
King will replace/refund items that you paid for and that you lost through no fault of your own.
King generally do not replace items that you have lost if they were obtained for free by playing the game.
