For about the last month I have been having a cinstabt problem that ad supported rewards are not working anymore.
Firstly I would mention that for this time I have been getting only Unity ads and what happens is that I start the ad and see a black screen where the video would normally be, then it ends and moves onto the link to the app store without any timers and at that point the only option is closing it with the cross at the corner, which results un it just closing the ad and not giving any reward.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with the Ads in your game!
I have seen couple more complaint about Unity brand! I am thinking that brand itself is a troublesome one🤔 I would suggest you to contact King Customer Support team and report the Ad. You can send your complaint from your mobile device itself.

If it has been 3 days since you sent your initial complaint, please send a reply through that automated email and inform them that you are still waiting for their assistance.
Sometimes, they send “feedback” email! Please don’t get frustrated, but send a reply through that email itself.
Contacting Player Support team is a delayed process! But, certain things can be done only through them! So, please don’t lose your patience or don’t give up and, be persistent 🍫🍫
