New Season Pass Update Provides More Than Five Lives

This makes my blood boil. King removes the ability to save and use as many lives as you like because having too many lives was not the intent of the life feature.
And yet today if you are willing to pay you can have 8 lives instead of the standard 5.

Yet another test feature, I see. All my three games have the old version of Season Pass, one with new graphics, two with the old graphics, but neither with the 8 lives offer. What's the point of 8, 20 or indefinite lives anyway? If you can't play an entire episode at a time and keep your win streak, Candy Crush is no longer playable, and certainly not enjoyable, at any level range. With the way the algorithms cycle around without ever giving you a lucky board King can give us as many lives as they want, we won't pass certain levels until we pay (boosters, gold, or failing that in cash). There is plenty in this game which makes my blood boil @Alienscar !

Agreed @christinewupp this is just the tip of the iceberg really. I have said many a time before the constant fiddling with things that don't matter and don't improve the game whilst there are actual issues to resolve is infuriating to say the least.
Recently Boeing had a window blow out on one of their aircraft and they grounded all similar aircraft manufactured for the same airline. Can you imagine in this scenario that instead of grounding the aircraft they said don't worry we have introduced a new table and improved your cup holder. Please rest assured that we will fix that other issue as soon as possible.
Yes, I know CCS isn't life and death, but the metaphor is the same.

Love this scenario many things about this game make my blood boil too. My resolution this year is to play less and find other things to do. Right now my floors are so clean I can literally eat off them. I really need to find something else to do 😂

I agree for us that cant afford to buy gold bars we cant move on and play😞 iv been stuck on same level 3 weeks not fun no more😞
