Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? If so, it works a bit differently in the Golden Pass!
If so, did you reach the last tier before purchasing the Golden Pass? Or did you purchase it at the lower tier? If you did not reach the last tier, you won't receive those boosters until you reach the that tier. And, I you will have to "collect" those boosters individually after reaching each tier.
