Help have not been able to sign in to App Store in 2 weeks

I am not a computer whiz. I do not know what happened with Candy Crush Saga. I have not been able to sign in to the App Store in weeks. I cannot figure it out asked for help for weeks from community King with no help at all, so can somebody help me please

Why does no one help me with my issue? How could it be, that my whole progress is gone? I am fine with loosing all my boosters. But why does the game start at level 1? I am so sad.

Am done. I re-installed and lost everything. It started on Level 1 again. I waited for a week for some advice. I am quitting the game now. So sad! My account still has the 3000 badge. But game started at level 1. so frustrating.

I am trying to find a resolution for you! Reinstalling the game should be a last resort - if & when everything fails!! I have seen few players complaining that reinstallation did not fix the issue!!

@PummyRaj Did you find out anything? I have read in another post, that this problem can occur if you reset your password but you're still logged in somewhere. I guess this happened to me. So should I re-install? Or is there ANY OTHER WAY. Please let me know. I have been waiting for quite some time now.

Yes, yes, yes - I also have this exact problem. This screen shows up for days now. I have tried everything. Everything else on my iPhone works fine. Please - is there a solution other than deleting the App an re-installing it?
