Connection error

I uploaded a gift card about four days ago and now my game has lost connection and my WiFi is connected. I have followed all the steps recommended and nothing is fixing the problem. I’m scared to delete the game and redownload bc of how far I am on the game. Is there a setting that I can check

I am sorry to know that you are experiencing multiple issues in your game😕

I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team and seek their assistance.

Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in top right corner of game map screen;
Click on the ? icon;
Go down to "My Purchases";
Select an option that is closer to "cannot make purchases" (or something like that) & click on it;
Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
Fill up the form and explain the issue you are experiencing with the purchases;
Submit the form.

NOTE: Please wait to mention about the glitch with Episode Race until an agent contacts you.

Please post back and let me know if you need further assistance with anything else.

I have also finished a race and it won’t even let me know that I completed the race or what place I finished and it won’t let me play in any other activities

Yes it is while I am trying to use my gold bars or buy extra lives. And I am playing the game on my IPhone 13

The connection issue you are experiencing -- is it while you are trying to purchase boosters or extra moves, etc., or the game itself? Can you please clarify that for me?

Not getting lives from my friends list why?
No matter how much I request when I ran out of lives the other players in my friends list never assist me with lives but they keep asking me to send. Why? Here's my user id 1162873740
