I cannot pass level 240. My husband was over 20 levels behind me and now he's nearly 20 levels ahead.

I paid 1.99 at one point. He has never paid. I read that once you pay, the system locks you up trying to force you to pay.

I just find it strange that I've gone through so many hard boards and just cannot pass this one. Starting to think this is true as I never had that problem the last time I played years ago. I don't want to delete my account and start over!

So I log in today and get unlimited lives and the sprinkle ball for 15 minutes. Strangely enough, I had 5 minutes left of the ball and all my lives were gone. And I still didn't come close to passing this level!!!!

Ugh. That's what I thought. Yeah, I'm not buying anymore. I had a few bucks in Google money sitting there for some reason so I used it. I got into this for stress release and just like the music and colors. I'll give it a couple more tries but then back to mahjong go.

King always put one blocker level in somewhere between levels 225 and 260, where they try to force players to use up all the boosters and gold they were given earlier on in the game. It's best not to give in to that and just wait for that lucky board, which eventually they will give you if are patient enough, because they do not want players to quit this early!

. I don't think it's because you spent money, it happens to me too when I play those levels, but please don't get into the habit of spending as the game is a bottomless pit. The game is totally fixed by King. The candies don't fall randomly, and often you are deliberately left one move or one jelly short. King deliberately let you pass all those other "hard" boards earlier in the game, so you would be taken by surprise by level 240 and think there must be a trick to passing it. But the only trick is that you will pass it when King decide to let you pass it. King control everything in the game.

I had boosters, UFO, etc. Used them all trying to get past this one. It's been a week of trying, the longest ever to pass a board for me! I wish I could at least earn coin while failing so I could get more boosters instead of paying.

If you do not have full boosters you have to wait for a lucky board. That level is one of the utterly ridiculous ones.

If you happen to have 19 gold I would get a UFO and start with it. It is pretty ideal for this type of level.

Also I suspect you will find the board easier on Monday.
