Thanks so much for getting back to us!! At last someone can confirm that this version is passable and that my advice of contacting Support works. Thank you so much for that @kamrobinson Surely you must realise that it wasn't "luck", it was King giving you that lucky board deliberately, either because you sent the complaint, or because you had been stuck on it for a certain number of tries (hence they helped you pass by giving you the indefinite lives to try). Either way, it's great to know that eventually you passed it and this means others will be able to pass this, too. I do wish they'd stop giving some players harder versions of the same level though.
I did seek help through the app and actually received two replies. In the first, there were standard suggestions although they gave me infinite lives for an hour. The second reply was specifically related to my question concerning the difference o my board (5 v 19). They did give me specific instructions to basically restart my app. As it turns out, after many,many tries using my infinite lives, I did defeat the level even with the 5-chance time bombs. It was a total fluke and pure luck because I hadn’t come close prior to that. They, were, however, very timely I the response and very helpful.
This is not a new complaint @kiara_wael There is a version of only 5 moves on the bombs around and players have been complaining about this here for about two weeks now. @kamrobinson only a few test players seem to get the version of the level that you have. I always advise them to contact player support with a complaint, as this may lead to them getting switched to the easier version. None of them have ever reported back though. If you do get a lucky board then please could you let the forum here know. I can't test this level out as both my games have the 19 bomb version.
