I’ve created a King account and scrapping my Apple ID Level 150 account but when I try to log into it, the email doesn’t even seem to exist.
Yes, I’ve checked the email multiple times and it is the correct one.
I created the account on this site but somehow can’t log into it on the app. I keep getting an error:
Edit: just created an account in game but I can’t sync it to the site, it just keeps showing up greyed. What’s the issue with my account?

I have sent an inquiry but I got an email back that just leads back round in a loop. I don’t seem to be getting anywhere as I can’t sync my account login with the site and apps.
I am a little confused by your enquiry, @Astrex . You write that you created an account on this site. Do you mean here in the community? This account is not a player account. To play Candy Crush you need to create a player account. To do this go into settings in the app and click on "my account" . You should then get this screen.
You might have tried the option "log in with email" but if you have never saved the game then you need to choose the option "sign up with email". Your community account is something different from this.
How come I can’t sync them in the site then? My login details. It’s greyed out.
