Which device are you using? If you are on a mobile device, you can contact the Customer Support team directly from your game⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top left corner of game map screen;
• Click on ? icon;
• Go down till you see "My Purchases" and click on it;
• Now, look for the option "did not receive my purchased items" and click on it;
• Follow the steps provided in there.
