What happened to my gold bars?

Question

I had well over 200 gold bars and now I have screen smashers I didn’t request.  I think at some point I hit the wrong button and exchanged my gold bars for these screen smashers (my name I gave them).   I’m going on a trip in a couple of weeks and wanted those gold bars to purchase extra play time during my flight.  Could we possibly change them back???

I am sorry to hear that you have accidentally purchased some items.  I am assuming you are talking about UFO boosters... the name "screen smashers is funny😆

You will have to contact the King Player Support team and request them to reimburse your Gold Bars informing them about accidental purchase.

* Scroll down all the way and click on Contact Us;
* Fill out the form and send your complaint.
